6Risk Management

On our adventure trips, there will be elements of uncertainty as we visit places where the political, cultural, and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges beyond those encountered in daily life. Zuktravel makes every effort to ensure the Client's comfort; however, the Company seeks understanding that certain destinations may lack the same level of facilities, emergency services, healthcare, and safety as the Client is accustomed to. Road travel may be uncomfortable or unreliable, and clients may encounter power outages, insufficient water, or limited food options in remote areas.

It is a fundamental condition that the Client acknowledges the need for flexibility on adventure tours, as even the most meticulously planned arrangements can change. The daily itinerary serves as a guideline but is not a contractual obligation. Routes, schedules, amenities, and transport modes may be altered without prior notice due to local circumstances, including illness, mechanical breakdowns, political events, or weather. The Company will make necessary adjustments in the Client’s best interest, though it cannot be held responsible for the outcome of such changes.

7Land Price Excludes
Items not included in the price are generally described in the itinerary and include without limitation: airfares and airport taxes of any nature, both domestic and international; excess baggage charges as imposed by airlines; forwarding of baggage and purchases; passport and visa cost; camera charges; emergency evacuation charges, medical charges for inoculations; room service; all items of personal nature such as medicine, laundry, postage, beverages, photography charges and other personal effects and belongings like clothing, camera; meals not included in itinerary; alcoholic drinks; and telephone/cable/fax/internet charges; baggage, trip cancellation and personal insurance; souvenirs and gratuities to or tips for tour guides, tour leaders, drivers, hotel porters, etc.
8Transfers

For airport transfers, please provide your arrival and departure flight details at the time of reservation. Transfers will not be arranged for bookings with missing or inaccurate information, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.

Our driver or representative will greet you at the airport arrival hall (unless otherwise advised) with a placard displaying your name. If you cannot locate our representative, please call the provided contact number sent 24 hours prior. For land transfers, changes to pickup times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to seat availability.

9Travel Documents & Visa

All Passports and Visas must be valid for at least four (4) months from the date of entry into the destination country. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents.

ZukTravel will not be liable for any expenses, reimbursements, or refunds of any tour fare if the Client is refused entry by immigration authorities for any reason.

10Insurance & Health

All packages offered by ZukTravel include Personal Accident insurance. However, it is strongly recommended that the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance for the trip's duration to cover risks such as Personal Accidents, loss of baggage, delays, unexpected travel alterations, cancellations, Acts of God, emergency medical evacuations, infectious diseases, epidemics, terrorism, etc.

Clients must generally be in good health to enjoy the tour. Climbers with pre-existing medical conditions should disclose them and consult their doctors regarding vaccinations and medical requirements before attempting any mountain climb.

11Limitation of Liability
ZukTravel shall be exempt from liability for any loss, injury, or damage to property, personal accidents, delays, irregularities, or events beyond our control. Every participant in any tour organized by ZukTravel assumes personal risk regarding loss or injury to themselves or their property.
12Force Majeure
ZukTravel shall not be liable if the contract is affected by ‘force majeure’. In this context, ‘force majeure’ refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of ZukTravel, or unavoidable despite due diligence, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion, hostilities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government actions, or technical transportation issues.
13Possible Changes

It is possible that, due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, itineraries or routes may change. Arrangements of a similar standard will be substituted if necessary, but no refunds will be issued. ZukTravel reserves the right to modify travel arrangements at any time without compensation.

All prices quoted on the website are correct at the time of publication and may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations, increases in transport costs, accommodation rates, government taxes, etc.
